Welcome to Norton Healthcare!
Congratulations on your new position! We look forward to meeting you on your first day of new employee onboarding. During this day you will discover a lot of new and exciting things about Norton Healthcare: what it means to be a part of Norton Healthcare, our mission, vision, values, faith heritage and the concept of “It Begins with Me.” While you have a lot to learn about us, we also have a lot to learn about you and how your gifts and talents contribute to the mission, vision, values and goals at Norton Healthcare. You will meet with representatives from various departments throughout the day, such as Norton University and Workforce Development as well as benefit and retirement specialists to help answer any questions that you might have about enjoying a successful career with Norton Healthcare.
Prior to your first day
Prior to your first day of new employee onboarding, please complete and save your onboarding forms.

Completing Payroll and Benefits Information During your first week of employment you will be provided with access to the Norton Healthcare computer system. This will enable you to use the Employee Self Service program to complete payroll information, set up your direct deposit and enroll in benefits. Instructions on how to use Employee Self Service will be provided in your onboarding manual. Information about your benefits can be accessed from your Employee Benefits Guide. Information on how to enroll and any questions that you might have will be answered during your first day of new employee onboarding.
