The receptionist needs to take care of personal business on her break. Not while she is supposed to be addressing the patient. She took 2 personal phone calls never apologized for the interruption on my part. I have the same issue with this one receptionist every time I have an appointment. Something needs to be done

I find interesting that out of all the doctors in my team Dr. Me an get a the most surveys. Dr. Kean has been the most professional and knowledgeable of all the doctors in see. Dr. Kean's treatment of me as a patient is the gold standard fore care.

Dr. Kean explained my condition, and treatment plan in a way that I could understand.

I simply cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Kean. He has always spent more than enough time with me addressing any questions or concerns I might have. He thinks outside the box and I believe this is the reason why with the aid of regular medication I have been able to keep my pain under control. I have not needed additional Injections In my back, knees, or shoulders. He Is awesome!

I absolutely love Dr. Kean. I've seen ALOT of Dr's in my lifetime and he is my FAVORITE. He is nice, extremely knowledgeable, he actually listens to you & your concerns, he seems to genuinely care about you & your health, he explains everything in great detail, and he doesn't make you feel unwanted. Some Dr's make you feel like you're inconveniencing them, make you wait forever, rush you, get you in & out within 5-10 mins, let you know that you're just a paycheck instead of a person, and show you that they don't care about you. Dr. Kean is the exact opposite of those types of other Dr's.

Great Doctor!!

Dr. Kean is absolutely AWESOME. He takes a holistic approach in treating my pain and in doing so has been able to maintain my pain at a tolerable level so that I can enjoy doing things such as pet therapy with my dog that requires quite a bit of walking. I have recommended him to many of my friends and acquaintances.
