Dr. Spaulding hands down, the best pcp I've ever used. Its been since 2015. He listens,he prompt and most importantly admits if it is something I need a specialty. We talk about life and goals & am informed about test or vaccinations based on my age group. His precise, promp on refills and that in itself is what separates this office from the rest.My pharmacy(old one) even said they were impressed with the speediest on refill request. I have bad anxiety, & cannot tell you how important this is to me. Doctors in the past would take several days to get contacted, usually with a lot of hassle on my part. This is more significant than most realize and I am grateful to have a doctor like that.

Every one very helpful. Dr Spalding is awesome. I only had to wait about 20 minutes which was good as busy as they were. Dr Spalding even checked my labs while I was there for sinus infection so I wouldn't have to come back. He spends very much time with you.

Also, he knew that I drove myself to the office and had limited mobility, and he even wheelchaired to my car since I was his last patient of the day. As a whole, I have to say Dr. Spaulding is the reason why I would likely never leave Norton for my medical services.
