I am extremely grateful for his attention pre and during our first visit. He is extremely efficient and my visit was not excessively long but he was extremely generous with his time during our initial visit, allowing me to ask questions and spending extra time to validate information in my medical records. He was thorough and professional and above all, knowledgeable about MG, associated MG treatment protocols and some of the nuances of the illness not normally discussed in the extant medical literature. His communication skills are superb; at every point in the conversation I had the sense I was being listened to and "coached" on practical exercises and activities that might help manage the more challenging aspects of MG. I left our first visit convinced that I was fortunate to have been allowed as a new patient for Dr. Som and equally grateful that I will be able to improve under his care. 10/10 A+++ experience for me as a patient.

Most caring doctor and staff

Dr. Som is a breath of fresh air, best bed side manner I've ever had. Pay him more!

My regular doctor had moved to this location and I had not been to office (just virtual) for a visit. I was extremely ill and they fit me in their schedule for the day. I went to the Jeffersonville location in error and was late to appointment. I was turned away (due to being late) and left. While still in lot, the doctor had them call me to come back in and said he would definitely see me. I thought this was above and beyond service to be commended.

Very informative and showed me alot

I was very comfortable with Dr. Som. I am in like with him currently. He addressed any questions I had and treated me as if I was a friend rather than a patient. He made me feel as if he was concerned about my wellness. I wasn't rushed out and he didn't harp on my weight and age.
