I particularly like that care & service in this office is always timely, that we set up next appts before I leave so that I stay on schedule with checkups, tests & meds, and that Dr Cole is always familiar with my history & has my records in front of her but manages at the same time to have good personal skills of maintaining conversation & eye contact throughout the visit.

Dr. Cole was very timely with my scheduled appointment; I did not feel rushed, she was very thorough in my examination; she continues to encourage me to keep improving my bp which was good ; I was able to get my COVID and flu vaccinations while in the office and I was very appreciative to get that taken care of without having to go some other location to get this done. Dr. Cole encouraged my weight lost and to continue to exercise. I left with a copy of my report with everything we talked about and with up-to-date numbers for my bp and weight. An awesome visit.

Professional and caring

Dr. Cole has been my doctor for years. She has always been thorough, gone above and beyond, listened, and been attentive. She does truth speaking with care and love superbly. One thing that I hear in the medical world is that "my doctor never spends enough time to get the full picture-always seems to be on a time schedule." That is one thing I have appreciated about Dr. Cole she has never made me feel me feel-I am too busy to listen and never made me feel she is in a rush to push me out so she can get to the next patient or is going to skimp on my care because she is in a rush.

My original appointment for my follow-up was on May 31, I rescheduled it to May 5 and ended up in noton's ER on May 4. My doctor knew about my ER visit and had all the test results. We had conversations concerning both ER and follow-up needs. So medication were adjusted, lab work was done. I now have a follow-up to come. I had a phone call from my provider since my visit.

I wish my whole family could have Dr. Cole as their PCP. She is the most thorough , easy to talk to Doctor I have ever had. She covers all bases from your head to your toes. She also gets your test results back to you so quickly. Sometimes I haven't gotten back to my desk from the visit and I have a my chart test result. She always comments on the result and what I need to do to improve any unsatisfactory numbers. I told her on my visit just how much I appreciate her and her expertise. I trust with my life!!!!
