To say I love desserts is an understatement! But I know that too much sugar and fat isn’t good for me or my waistline. Here’s a recipe for guilt-free peanut butter pie that tastes delicious and doesn’t take long to make.
1 premade chocolate cookie pie crust
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant French vanilla sugar-free pudding mix
1¾ cups skim milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Low-fat whipped topping
Combine milk and pudding mix with an electric mixer or whisk. Stir in peanut butter (mixture will be thick). Spread mixture in the pie crust, and top with the whipped topping. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Makes 6 servings
