Oven-roasted vegetables

Try this recipe!


1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1-1/2 lbs. Assorted Fresh Vegetables* (I use potatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots, could also use squash, zucchini, broccoli or cauliflower)
2 Tbsp. olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 450°. Combine all ingredients until evenly coated in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
2. Bake, stirring once, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Servings:4 servings
Total Time: 30 min

It is a super easy recipe and really hard to mess up, plus you can use vegetables that you have on hand or that are on sale.  It is also nice because if you are watching your carbohydrates you could do it without potatoes and have a carb free side dish.
