This provider goes beyond any experience I have had at Norton Healthcare. His genuine professionalism, dignity and integrity goes far above my other appointments and hospitalizations at a Norton hospital.

It was my first visit and I was very pleased all around.

Dr. Luke Robinson was extremely personable and I felt like he took his time with me. He introduced himself and his assistant then proceeded to ask me how am I, and he actually wanted to hear the answer. Not like most doctors just ask to be polite. He asked me if I had any questions and if I need to come back he will be more than happy to schedule a follow up.

I broke my arm on Wednesday. I called the office and was offered an appointment the following Tuesday. I said you're going to let me sit around until next week with a broke arm? The said we will see what we can do. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY Call! Luckily, I know Dr. Robinson and had to call his cell phone number to get care. He was wonderful did my surgery the next day. I would not come back to this office based on that. Dr. Robinson is great and I will recommend him.

Great doctor and staff

I fell and hit my head and left thumb. I went to see Dr. [...] twice as my thumb kept swelling and hurting. Dr. [...] said I needed to go see a hand and wrist specialist to see why it wasn't healing. Dr. Robinson's office called me and made an appointment . This was the first time I had met Dr. R and he was very helpful and even showed me the x-rays of my thumb and wrist. He said I had Sudo gout and some arthritis. Gave me a steroid shot and a wrist brace to wear. Come back In three months If my thumb Is still giving me trouble .He was very professional and answered all my questions.
