First time at this provider. Very impressed with the doctor and all the staff.

My appt was at 2 PM. My sister and I was talking and then realized it was past 3 PM. The receptionist informed us that the doctor would see me momentarily. When I came into the exam room she said she would not turn anyone away that needs her help. I then realized that the week before I had an appointment with her then and not only was 10 minutes late but could not find a parking space in both parking lots and did not see the sign about courtesy parking and parked In the parking high rise and walked with a cane to her office. The nice receptionist checked and said It was after 3:10 PM and the Dr could not take me at this late time. They called me Immediately after I came home and set up appt for that coming Thursday so I would definitely see her and not have to wait for the next opening. My sister and I said we've never had a Dr to call US BACK within an hour and make another appointment right after in order to see us and was sorry she could not take me then. I had to WAIT for an appt with Dr, Pilkinton for 3 MONTHS and she had such great reviews that I could not make an appt with others I researched. Thank you Dr Marjorie Pilkinton MD for being such a wonderful doctor!

Dr Pilkerton deserves more than a 5 star review!!She is wonderful. She is very compassionate and treats her patients like family. The staff is awesome too. They call u back soon to give u results or delays on tests or health Issues, that is something no office does these days.

As a retired Norton RN, I would recommend this office and this physician as a "model" for other Norton providers to strive for. For starters, I knew my experience was going to be great as soon as I arrived. The lady at the front desk was SO FRIENDLY to not just me, but to EVERYONE! She was very knowledgeable and patient with each person checking in. The nurse who took me back was wonderful. And Dr. Pilkinton was outstanding. She showed so much care for my concerns that it literally brought me to tears. I am glad that she will be handling my issue and I trust her 100%.
