Excellent Dr and very willing to help and refer you where you may need to go.

Dr. Fass is very professional and knowledgeable. She is caring, friendly, and someone who is easy to talk to. Dr. Fass listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. She is very thorough in every aspect, from routine questions, examination, documentation, and scheduling bloodwork, etc the day of visit for the next visit. If I send a message to her in patient portal, she responds quickly. She looks at my medical history, past tests, etc, and if she thinks it's necessary or time to repeat a test, she has it scheduled in a timely manner. I trust Dr. Fass as my PCP, and feel that she genuinely cares for her patients well being. (Tiffany, her assistant, did a good job verifying info, asking about any concerns,, and then taking vitals. She was understanding and caring, and took the time to wait a few minutes to recheck heart rate).
