I appreciate masking for the health of everyone in and coming to the office. Not something I experience in other offices.

Dr. Busse, was very kind, explained what the problem was and how to treat it. Also return if problem was not resolved in the next 3-4 days or if things worsened.

I am impressed by how the provider gives such personal attention to their patients.

The visit was necessary as a follow up due to me having an accident that was treated at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. Dr Busse is usually booked up up made room for my follow up 2 days after the occurrence. She took her time with me, did not rush me and assumed I understood what needed to be done. She is a wonderful doctor.

She is amazing

Dr. Busse is wonderful

Dr Busse has a very lovely bedside manner & is a skilled physician. I really appreciate how she's knowledgeable in not only pharmaceutical options but also has a vast knowledge around more natural options to possibly try first. This is one of the biggest reasons I continue to see her. Dr's need to offer more resources than just pharmaceutical meds. She does this in a really wonderful way.

Knowing we have her care is sincerely one of the key resources that keeps me living in Louisville.

Very thorough and thoughtful. I emailed Dr Busse bc online scheduling put me out a week. She was out due to the holidays but emailed me back In less than an hour! Her office worked with me on options to see other practitioners or her, I chose her and they got me in the day she was back. Dr. Busse order MRI stat (scheduling called and got me In same day, within an hour at NBH). Dr busse called next day with results and ordered consult with surgeon state with urgency. Both offices proactively called me within an hour and scheduled the follow ups with immediacy on appt times.

Feel confident in provider's knowledge and expertise, always.

A couple of answers may have seemed negative. I did have a longer than usual wait but Dr. Busse apologized. Occasionally this will happen when a previous patient's needs may have caused the delay. Another Norton provider told me in August I had Parkinson's. When the results came in he told me I didn't have PD. Dr. Busse did not know this when I updated her. I was able to discuss the issue I called about earlier. Humana deciding not to cover Levemir after 1-1-24. Dr. Busse and I discussed this and came up with a plan.

Dr. B and her entire team are always friendly, attentive and professional.

Her approach seems to be proactive - rather than just treating symptoms she provides a road map toward health. I'm thankful to her and to Norton.

Rachel has been the best physician we all have had over the years. Each patient is a member of our family each of whom have differing health issues. Rachel has so much empathy and the knowledge to treat us. She and her staff are literally the best we could hope for.

It usually takes longer to get an appointment with Dr Busse. I guess because she is so good.

All staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Busse is exceptional! She always takes time with me to listen and talk through any of my concerns. She also responds to my email questions in a timely manner. I don't know how she does all of this without seeming stressed but she does and even with a smile on her face. Not that I can see her face through her mask but I can hear her smile!
