The pleasant attitude of all support staff is so refreshing. Dr. Miguel is so personable and conveys an attitude of caring and patience. Really appreciate his approach-he does not make you feel bad for having questions oran opinion!

The provider was very friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and talk through different things I had experienced recently. He was very knowledgeable and I will definitely be back to see him.

Even though I only see Dr. Miguel once a year for a check up he always knows my medical history and is up to date on what tests I have had done in the past or with my other doctors. There was an emergency in the next room. I could hear a person pass out and the team taking care of her and calling an ambulance. When there was a safe break, Dr. Miguel quickly stuck his head in the door to let me know of the delay. He apologized when the other patient was picked up by the ambulance and he came in for my appointment. You could hear through the wall the entire team's care and concern for the other patient. Exactly the type of care I would want for myself if needed.

Dr Miguel is an excellent cardiologist; he shares my EKG results with me as well as lab results from other docs and goes over my meds. He always asks if I have any concerns.

Perfect experience. Dr. Miguel is great. He is patient and he really listens and provides choices, informing if the pros and cons. Never condescending or acts like he is too busy. Very glad to have him for my heart doctor. The receptionist staff? Do you know how nice it is to walk into an office and get met w a smile and how are you? Both staff at the desk very pleasant but the person who actually completed the check in is fantastic and I really appreciate it.

Excellent service as usual

This was an urgent appointment and they got me in quickly. Dr. Miguel explained my test results and answered all my questions. Took me to the scheduler to get my heart cath scheduled. The scheduler was kind and helpful in getting the cath scheduled

Dr. Miguel and his staff always are knowledgeable, nice, and informative. While I did not call the office with questions, I did ask questions through My Chart. I received immediate feedback and the clearance letter required by another provider quickly. I appreciate that Dr. Miguel is very knowledgeable about caring for my heart but also listens to my other needs.

The staff is excellent and I know they drive a long way to provide the excellent service that we get from Norton heart hospital. They were tired yesterday, but they were still professional and friendly.

I've just started with Dr. Miguel. I had been a patient of Dr. Janet Smith who retired. I thought Dr. Miguel did a very good job of reviewing my files and was aware of my medical history.

Provided some "samples" of the medicine that is prescribed by Dr. Miguel to help with the cost of the medication.

At the heart doctor's office, everyone was wonderful: the doctor, the medical assistant & the office lady. They treated me fantastically.
