Rachel the medical assistant is amazing! She is so good at her job and draws blood better than a lab company employee who does it all day long. Dr. Ratterman is the BEST! We are thrilled my daughter is her patient. She is through, kind, and explains everything in a way my teenage daughter understands. She takes time to listen. We love them both.

Dr. Ratterman is hands down AMAZING! She has done so much for my children in the past 2 years since we switched to her. She has left no stone unturned. She is the most through provider I have seen. She truly makes you feel important to her and not just a number. We are lucky to have her!

All members of my care team genuinely care about my child and my peace of mind. They're compassionate and knowledgeable. When I call with questions, both during office hours and after hours, they are always helpful and I never feel like an inconvenience. I love this office!

I can not say enough great things about our doctor. She treated my daughter like she was her own daughter. You simply can't get anything better than that. She listened to our concerns and was very compassionate and provided wonderful suggestions and feedback. When we left the office, I left having a sense of peace in knowing my daughter's health was taken seriously and we were heard.

Dr. Ratterman has been our provider for over 20 years. My children have great memories of her. This is not often said. My children have received wonderful care.

Dr. Ratterman and her nurse are always beyond helpful and thorough.

My toddler was sick and Dr. Ratterman felt like it may be strep even thought kids her age don't normally get strep. She did the swap out of precaution and it was strep. This allowed my baby to get her antibiotics quickly. I'm thankful she tested for it.

Dr Ratterman was kind and thorough in her exam of my son. She has seen him since birth and he is 11yrs old now. We have always felt she takes her time to answer all questions and inform us of any concerns or important details.Please also know that the nurse Rachel who gave the vaccines and blood draw on my son was amazing! We told her how impressed we were with her ability to communicate and calm our nervous child during the whole process. She was wonderful and we couldn't have had the successful visit without her!!

Dr Ratterman and her MA, Rachel, always take their time with the patient and family and Rachel always comes back to the room after the Dr to make any follow up appointments needed so we don't have to leave and call the office back for appointments! Very much appreciated!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Dr. Ratterman is the very best. She's patient, kind and bright. We are so thankful for her!

Excellent doctor

We were running late due to traffic but they still saw us and we didn't have to wait long, it was a relief. Dr Ratterman was great and super thorough, checking all reasons Lenora could have had a fever for several days.

Dr. Ratterman has always been so helpful and full of helpful knowledge when it comes to my kids and always answers every question and or concerns we have. Also, I'd like to give a shout out to her assistant, [...]. [...] has always been so nice and also helpful. My kids are never scared when they get call back for triage!

She called us herself and scheduled us in at the last minute on a Friday afternoon so we were able to test for strep instead of having to wait the whole weekend in case his symptoms worsened
