Norton Sports Health Couch to 5k

The Norton Sports Health Couch to Race program prepares runners and walkers for the Norton Sports Health 10k and the  5k at the Splash ‘n’ Dash Walk/Run. The free eight-week program offers training tips and weekly group runs for participants of all levels of experience. All are welcome to participate in this program.

Our team of Norton Sports Health specialists provides advanced care for athletes and people of all activity levels. We are here to help you train and condition properly to avoid injuries. Our customized programs are designed to meet your specific needs. We incorporate strength training, core stability, flexibility and conditioning to help you achieve optimal performance and fitness.
