Volunteer at the PNC Tour de Lou

Norton Sports Health is proud to be the official medical provider for the PNC Tour de Lou, a Kentucky Derby Festival cycling experience in its 10th year.

Coordinated by the Louisville Bicycle Club, along with official medical provider and training partner Norton Sports Health, the PNC Tour de Lou offers a FREE training program for cyclists to prepare for the ride on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Ready to train? Register here!

Cycling distances:

  • 20 miles – Ideal for beginners or those new to cycling (open course, no streets closed)
  • 35 miles – Ideal for moderate/experienced riders (open course, no streets closed)
  • 62.1 miles (metric century, 100 km) – Ideal for advanced riders or those looking for a challenge (open course, no streets closed)
  • Family Adventure Ride – Returns for the second year with a twist. Head to Louisville Waterfront Park for a casual two-mile looped course featuring a scavenger hunt. The Family Adventure Ride is recommended for ages 14 and younger. (All childriders must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.)
