Provider was delivering a baby. It was not her fault that I wasn't seen by her timely. Provider was very apologetic about that. Provider explained to me test results I was there to discuss with her. She had previously reviewed my health information which was very much appreciated by me and asked me pertinent questions. This was my 1st time seeing this provider as a specialist for my specific health concern. I was very impressed with provider, and was definitely better informed about my issue when I left than when I arrived.
