When you need care for non-life-threatening illness or injury, Norton Now offers more in-person and virtual urgent care options than ever. We are committed to care that is easy to access with convenient, online scheduling for more than 65 locations across Kentucky and Indiana. All options save you time and money compared with a visit to the emergency department.
For non-life threatening injury or illness.

We would be honored to be your medical home. Your primary care provider will help you manage your short and long-term health goals and support you in accessing a large network of specialists to ensure coordinated care. Existing patients can find a same-day appointment by booking through their Norton MyChart account or calling their practice directly.
Norton Healthcare accepts most insurance plans, including UnitedHealthcare and Centene/Wellcare Medicare Advantage plans. We also offer self-pay. Norton eCare offers eVisits for a $40 flat fee without insurance or with insurance; copays are similar to an office visit.
If you’d like to walk in, Norton Immediate Care Centers provide wait times and online reservations. If you’d like to book an appointment, you can choose Norton Prompt Care, Norton eCare or your primary care provider’s office.
Whether you receive a lab order from your primary care doctor or from your Norton eCare provider in a virtual visit, you have access to Norton Healthcare Express Services, the area’s most accessible drive-thru care facility.
All of your urgent care visits are captured within your medical record in Norton MyChart, so your primary care provider can stay informed about your visits.
