No delays by the staff here. However I got lost in the parking tower and wrong building and I was a few minutes late. They took me in and were very understanding.

Dr. Julien was very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had and never showed me that she needed to quickly move on. She also invited me to use My Chart after the visit if further questions occurred arose later. She was an engaged and kind professional.
