Norton Community Medical Associates – Bullitt County provides primary care by experienced physicians and advanced practice providers. Specializing in internal medicine and family medicine, our team works to build an active partnership with you, whether you are sick, need a routine checkup or require ongoing care. Your provider will support you in connecting with specialists when you need them.
Communicate with your primary care provider and any others who provide care for you through your free Norton MyChart account. Order prescription refills, see lab results, ask questions about your care and more. Additionally, Norton Telehealth appointments with your primary care provider may be available. If you are unsure about whether a telehealth visit is appropriate for your health issue, contact your provider’s office. We also have extensive after-hours care options, featuring in-person and virtual urgent care.

Yes. Your primary care provider can diagnose and help manage conditions such as anxiety and depression, and refer you to behavioral health specialists as needed.
Yes. You can request a virtual visit with your primary care provider. After hours, Norton eCare provides 24/7 access to Norton Healthcare providers for nonurgent concerns via your mobile device or computer through Norton MyChart. Norton eCare is able to treat patients ages 2 and older who are located in Kentucky or Indiana.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most major commercial insurance plans. We also offer payment plans and financial assistance. Manage your billing through your Norton MyChart account.
Copays or fees are typically due at the time of service. If you have insurance, your copay amount will depend on your plan. For self-pay patients, the cost of a visit typically ranges from $100 to $250, depending on the services provided. There may be additional charges for services such as lab tests or X-rays.

Contact your pharmacy and they will send us an electronic request to refill your medication. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing your refill.

For all other after-hours needs, Norton Immediate Care Center locations are open daily with walk-ins available. Most Norton Prompt Care clinics are open weekdays until later in the evening. Virtual care through Norton eCare is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
