About Norton Healthcare

Norton Healthcare has been a trusted name in health care since 1886. Our more than 14,500 employees play a role in some 2 million patient encounters each year. Regardless of your job or location within our health care system, you’ll be using your gifts and talents to provide direct care for our patients or support those who do.

Our mission, vision and values serve as a foundation to our organizational culture. They also are part of the Norton Way — a roadmap to delivering a positive Norton Experience for patients, staff and our community.

The Norton Way is how we do business. It aligns with our mission and our commitment to be the friendliest, safest and easiest to use health care system in the region.

Mission

Norton Healthcare’s purpose is to provide quality health care to all those we serve, in a manner that responds to the needs of our communities and honors our faith heritage.

  2. Ensuring access to primary care for everyone
  3. Committing to mirror our community within the Norton Healthcare leadership team
  4. Providing education and advocacy for employees on health policy issues
