We offer two types of urgent care telehealth visits through MyNortonChart — video visits and eVisits. Choose the option that fits your needs: Schedule it yourself online.
Norton eCare eVisits and video visits are scheduled with a Norton eCare provider, not with your personal primary care or specialty provider. For more information about Norton Telehealth appointments scheduled by your specialty or primary care provider, click here.

Norton eCare Video Visits
Benefits
- See a Norton Healthcare provider face to face through a secure, online video connection.
- Video visits are covered by most insurance plans, similar to an office visit. Self-pay options are also available.
Is a Video Visit Right for You?
- Available for patients age 2 and older.
- The patient must be physically located in Kentucky or Indiana.
How to Get Started
- If you have not already, create a MyNortonChart account on your computer or download the MyChart app from the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device to get started.
- If you are on a mobile device, download the Zoom app before your visit. You will not need to set up an account.
- Sign into MyNortonChart on your computer or the MyChart app on your mobile device.
- Select “Menu,” then select “eCare Video Visit.”
Norton eCare eVisits
Benefits
- You’ll fill out a secure, online questionnaire that lists your symptoms. You’ll get a callback from your Norton eCare provider within six hours.
- Out-of-pocket fee is $40, or copay varies based on your insurance plan.
Is an eVisit Right for You?
- The patient must have been a Norton Healthcare patient within the past 3 years.
- The patient must be a Kentucky resident.

- Sign into MyNortonChart on your computer or the MyChart app on your mobile device.
- Select “Menu,” then select “E-Visit.”
