We offer two types of virtual visits through MyNortonChart — video visits and eVisits. Choose the option that fits your needs; schedule it yourself online.

Norton eCare eVisits and video visits are with local Norton eCare providers, not with your primary care or specialty provider. For more information about accessing telehealth appointments scheduled by your specialty or primary care provider, click here.

What Our Patients Are Saying

“This service has been a godsend! Even though it was Monday morning at 7:30am, I was able to get an appointment, be seen by a friendly, competent medical professional who immediately put me at ease.”

“I was sick and going anywhere sounded miserable. I was able to be seen via video and my husband was able to go pick up my prescription for me all while I stayed in my robe. Highly recommend!.”

“I absolutely love Norton eCare. It helped me out a lot today considering I am at work. I wouldn't change anything because the provider I had was amazing.”
