Virtual urgent care is available to adults and children ages 2 and older from the comfort and safety of home, 24/7.
We offer two types of urgent care telehealth visits through Norton MyChart — video visits and eVisits. Choose the option that fits your needs: Schedule it yourself through your Norton MyChart account.
Norton eCare is not for complex, emergency or life-threatening situations. If your condition is serious, call your doctor, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Video visits are available for patients age 2 and up. Norton eCare eVisits, which do not require a video call, are available for:
Ages 5 and Up: Lice, ringworm, swimmer’s ear
Ages 18 and up: Cough, diarrhea, pink eye, sinus issues, urinary issues, vaginal discharge/irritation, aches, cold sore, poison ivy, sore throat
*Drive-thru testing at Norton Healthcare Express Services is available if a test is needed for conditions such as strep.

Norton eCare eVisits and video visits are scheduled with a local, Norton eCare nurse practitioner, not with your personal primary care or specialty provider. For more information about Norton Telehealth appointments scheduled by your specialty or primary care provider, click here.
