Norton Prompt Care at Walgreens – Hikes Ln

The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, cough, shortness of breath and congestion. If you currently are experiencing mild symptoms, we recommended that you rest at home. Your decision on whether to seek medical care should not change just because of this new virus. If you’re feeling ill, but otherwise would not have sought medical care, it’s best for you to stay at home.

If you still have concerns or think you have been exposed to the new coronavirus, consider scheduling a virtual visit with a Norton Healthcare provider using Norton eCare. Norton eCare providers will be able to screen you and determine next steps in your treatment, much like an office visit.

If Norton eCare is not an option for you and you would like to continue to schedule your appointment at a Norton Prompt Care at Walgreens location, please include “respiratory symptoms” in the open “Reason for Visit” field after selecting an appointment time. This helps our providers adequately prepare for your arrival.
