Shelley R. Gast was named to her current role in June 2024. She is responsible for all aspects of driving revenue to Norton Healthcare, with oversight for managed care, utilization review/case management, revenue cycle including coding, registration and billing, revenue integrity, and training and education.

Shelley joined Norton Healthcare in 2006. Prior to her current role, she served as system vice president, managed care and payor strategy.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business and her Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, in Marion, Indiana.
