Prescription Delivery from Norton Pharmacy

Skip the Pharmacy Line: How it Works

If you would like home delivery from Norton Pharmacy, you must transfer your prescriptions to Norton Pharmacy first.

Log in to your Norton MyChart account (app or desktop).

Go to “Medications” and select the prescription you’d like to refill.

Select home delivery. Confirm your address and payment method, and submit.

**The pharmacy option will automatically populate as Norton Pharmacy – Blankenbaker. This is because all deliveries are filled from this location.

You do not always need to be home when your prescription arrives. However, some medications may require an adult signature or have special delivery requirements. If your order requires someone to be present, you will be notified in advance.

Your medication will arrive in secure, discreet packaging that does not identify the contents or list your medications on the outside.

You will receive updates about your delivery through your Norton MyChart notification preferences. If you have questions about your order, a delay or another delivery issue, call (502) 559-1380 for assistance.

Many maintenance medications can be filled as 60- or 90-day supplies. If your provider prescribes a 90-day supply and your insurance allows it, your prescription can be filled for the longest eligible supply prescribed.
