Norton eCare video visits now billable directly to insurance, including Medicaid

Patients in Kentucky now can bill their Norton eCare video visits through their insurance plan, including Medicaid, after paying any copay.

Norton eCare video visits are available for patients ages 2 and older for a variety of common conditions and minor illnesses, including but not limited to cough and fever; cold and flu; pinkeye; sinus infection; allergies; urinary tract infection; nausea; diarrhea; lice; rash; insect bite; and more. Breastfeeding support is also available free of charge.

Video visits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can save you time and travel costs while you meet with a health care provider through a mobile device or computer. Once you schedule your appointment, you will be able to talk with your provider, receive a treatment plan and get a prescription, if needed.
