Try this recipe for a calcium boost.
Crispiest Sweet Potato Fries1 large sweet potato 2 teaspoons olive oil or melted coconut oil Salt or favorite fries seasoning to tastePeel and cut the raw sweet potato into ¼-inch slices. Soak in cold water for 45 minutes. Do not skip this step!
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Drain the potato slices and toss with the oil.
Place on a baking sheet in a single layer. No touching. Bake on the top rack for 15 minutes. Flip over and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Salt or season to taste. Let cool to touch and enjoy!
