In her role at Norton Healthcare, Sharon Workman promotes the highest standards of business ethics.

Sharon is proud to create a culture of doing the right thing at work as program manager on the compliance and audit team. She also takes this value home and passionately serves the community in her personal life.

“I have the awesome privilege to serve others with my husband, Marcus, through our ministry, Street Kingdom. Our mission statement is, ‘To comfort those in need with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.’ Being the physical hands of God, we reach out to those in need of physical and spiritual needs by providing toiletry items, hats, gloves, blankets, food, drink and prayer,” Sharon said.

Through Street Kingdom, Sharon serves the homeless community and those living in poverty. She’s thankful for the opportunity to work alongside homeless shelters, yet she recognizes that resources are limited and many people need additional assistance.

“God has truly blessed us to be able to bless others. Over the past seven years, we’ve had the privilege to engage with our community in a wide variety of ways,” Sharon said.
