We offer same-day appointments, which means less time spent in the waiting room. Norton Prompt Care – Arena Plaza offers extended weekday and weekend hours and is a great, lower-cost option for scheduled care between primary care visits.

Parking is available in the KFC Yum! Center and will be validated. Enter the garage from North Third Street. Park and proceed to the lobby level. Norton Prompt Care is located on the main floor.

For self-pay patients, the cost of a visit typically ranges from $100 to $250, depending on the services provided. There may be additional charges for services such as lab tests.

Yes, Norton eCare provides 24/7 access to Norton Healthcare providers for nonurgent concerns via your mobile device or computer through Norton MyChart. Norton eCare is able to treat patients ages 2 and older located in Kentucky or Indiana.
