By saving a spot ahead of time, you hold your place in line. It is not an appointment and reflects our best estimated time. Due to the nature of walk-in services, emergency situations may arise that affect your wait time. We will text you when it is close to your turn.

We always accept walk-ins, and you will be seen based on order of arrival. Other care options include appointments at our Norton Prompt Care clinics or virtual care via Norton eCare.

Copays or fees are typically due at the time of service. If you have insurance, your copay amount will depend on your plan. For self-pay patients, the cost of a visit typically ranges from $100 to $250, depending on the services provided. There may be additional charges for services such as lab tests or X-rays.

Drug testing services are available. Contact the Norton Immediate Care Center you plan to visit to confirm availability and any requirements.

Providers can assist in completing necessary medical forms during your visit. Please bring all relevant documents with you.

Yes, Norton eCare provides 24/7 access to Norton Healthcare providers for nonurgent concerns via your mobile device or computer through Norton MyChart. Norton eCare is able to treat patients ages 2 and older located in Kentucky or Indiana.

If your symptoms worsen, contact our location or your primary care provider. Dial 911 or proceed to the emergency room if you are experiencing a life-threatening condition.
