The orthopedic and Norton Sports Health specialists at Norton Orthopedic Institute – Audubon diagnose, treat and provide follow-up care for a comprehensive range of orthopedic conditions, whether caused by arthritis and aging, injury, or athletic activity.
Our fellowship-trained and board-certified specialists have the experience and expertise to understand when nonsurgical treatments such as physical therapy or medication can improve symptoms and when surgery is necessary.
We have about 50 providers at offices across Louisville and Southern Indiana and typically can get you in for an appointment the same day. Norton Orthopedic Institute – Audubon is located on the campus of Norton Audubon Hospital on Poplar Level Road about a mile south of Eastern Parkway.

Norton Orthopedic Institute – Audubon is located on the fourth floor of Medical Plaza East, the medical office building opposite the main entrance to the hospital. Parking is available in the East (Orange) Garage. Enter via Entrance 1 and park in the East (Orange) Garage on the left. Patients can be dropped off at the entrance to the medical plaza by using the circular drive between the office building and the hospital.
Tarc routes 27 and 43 stop on Poplar Level Road in front of the hospital.
