The Norton Sports Health team has scheduled Bike to Beat Cancer training rides to help you get ready for the Sept. 9 event to support Norton Cancer Institute.

On Saturday, June 10, the first big training ride of the season will start at Kroger in Central Station and go through Iroquois Park before returning. The ride starts at 9 a.m., so you’ll beat the day’s high temperatures. The ride will be mostly flat with about one-third rolling hills.
