A Norton eCare provider is available for a face-to-face secure online video visit. No matter what time it is or where you are, you can get breastfeeding support from a health care provider.

During a breastfeeding support video visit, get help with a variety of breastfeeding topics, including:

  • Latching and positioning
  • Mastitis
  • Clogged ducts
  • Engorgement
  • Pumping issues
  • Milk storage
  • Weaning
  • Medication questions

How to get breastfeeding support through Norton eCare

You need a MyNortonChart account and a computer with a webcam and microphone, or a mobile device (Apple or Android). If you don’t have a MyNortonChart account, it’s easy to get one.

From a computer: Log in to MyNortonChart, select the “Visits” tab and select “Video Visit – Breastfeeding Support.”

From a mobile device: Log in to the MyChart app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Touch the “Appointments” icon. Touch the “Schedule an Appointment” button. Select “Video Visit – Breastfeeding Support.”
