Wouldn’t it be better if you could decrease the amount of time you’re waiting in the office and wait instead in the comfort of your home?
Now you can reserve your spot in line when you visit a Norton Immediate Care Center near you. Here’s everything you need to know for more comfortable, more convenient immediate care:
Simply go online to NortonHealthcare.com/ICC to view locations and wait times. Click “Reserve your spot online” for the location you want to visit. Enter your contact information, preferred arrival time and your reason for the visit. Then click “Confirm me!”
When you need urgent care for a minor illness or injury, reserve your spot online and wait in the comfort of your home.
The feature is available at NortonHealthcare.com/ICC from your desktop or mobile devices. You can also reserve your spot from your immediate care location webpage.
The reserve your spot feature immediately puts you in line to be seen. Keep in mind that patients can arrive as walk-ins at a Norton Immediate Care Center, and an emergency situation can affect wait times.
When you reserve your spot in line, you’ll be able to choose when and how you want us to notify you about your visit via text message.
The reserve my spot feature is available at 13 Norton Immediate Care Center locations in Louisville and Southern Indiana. You can view all of our immediate care locations at NortonHealthcare.com/ICC.
The wait times on the website show how much time there is until the next spot is available to reserve.
We also accept walk-ins. We want you to choose the option that works best for you.
When you arrive for your visit, please check in at the front desk. Let the provider know you reserved a spot online, and they will take care of you from there.
