Bike to Beat Cancer has teamed up with Dan Delph, training leader for Norton Sports Health, to give you “Dan’s Training Tips.” These videos are designed to give riders answers to basic cycling questions and concerns.

In this video, Dan explains the importance of correct tire pressure. Bicycle tires are much different than car tires and need to be aired up every single time you ride. Tire pressure information can be found on the side of your tire. Use a pump with a gauge and start airing up!
