Shanae Dale’s team members at Norton Healthcare describe her as a “shining star and a breath of fresh air.”

Shanae is a manager in Norton Healthcare’s managed care department and is known for being helpful and welcoming to new co-workers. Shanae always makes a point to be available to new hires and to help integrate them into the team.

As we celebrate Black History Month, Norton Healthcare embraces not only the cultural diversity that makes the organization strong, but the impact that employees make on the lives of others.

Shanae often lights up rooms with her cheerful, respectful and bright presence. Even when faced with challenges, Shanae always stays positive and lights a path for others with her smile. Shanae’s laughter brings joy to all those around her, which plays no small part in getting them through the work day.

Those close to her know that Shanae loves to read and that her faith is strong. At lunchtime you may find her praying over her food before picking her book back up.

Her open mindedness and insightfulness has only increased since becoming a manager. She always remains respectful to all people and embraces the diverse culture we strive for at Norton Healthcare.

An open-door policy ensures that Shanae always listens to anyone who approaches her. She’s never too shy to give advice and to offer prayer to those in need.
