Understanding the health needs of our community is an important step in ensuring everyone has access to the resources they need for health and well-being. Norton Healthcare conducts a Community Health Needs Survey every three years. Survey responses help us understand and plan for the programs and services needed most in the communities we serve. A large and broad response rate allows for greater understanding of health needs.

Norton Healthcare is seeking the community’s help by asking residents to take 5 to 10 minutes to complete this 100% confidential survey. Residents also are encouraged to share the survey link with their local network. The survey will be open through the end of March.

The survey is available in both English and Spanish at http://nortonhealthcare.com/communitysurvey Other languages are available upon request. To request a survey in a different language or for more information about the survey, email Jessica Ballard, manager, community benefit and planning, at jessica.ballard@nortonhealthcare.org.
