People young and old alike enjoy grapes for both their flavor and their notable health benefits. Grapes contain phytonutrients and antioxidants that have anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and heart-healthy benefits. They can help protect against certain types of cancer, improve cognitive function and balance blood sugar levels. Try grapes in this unusual twist on pizza.
