Bike to Beat Cancer has teamed up with Dan Delph to give you “Dan’s Training Tips.” These videos are designed to give riders answers to basic cycling questions and concerns.

In this video, Dan discusses proper nutrition and hydration to fuel you through your bike ride. Pack portable snacks and try to eat something every 30 to 60 minutes to keep your energy level high. In addition, drink about 20 ounces every hour, whether you feel thirsty or not.

There’s still plenty of time to register for the Bike to Beat Cancer or donate to cancer care in our community.
