Employee resource groups

Employee Resource Groups celebrate the diversity in all of us!

Norton Healthcare is proud to have five employee resource groups (ERGs). Each ERG supports a unique population of patients, staff and community members, and serves to bring new voices to the table as we plan for our future. While each ERG is unique in its makeup, all are focused on supporting Norton Healthcare’s mission of serving all.

NPower is committed tosupporting, promoting and advocating for all women at Norton Healthcare in order to exceptionally serve our employees, patients and community partners.
