Norton Pharmacy makes it easier to manage prescriptions through Norton MyChart and your Norton Healthcare or Norton Children’s care team. Patients can refill prescriptions, select home delivery, transfer medications and manage prescriptions all in one place.
Eligible prescriptions can be delivered throughout Kentucky and Indiana at no additional charge.
Norton Pharmacy – Audubon is located on the lower level of Medical Plaza West on the campus of Norton Audubon Hospital. Parking is avalble in the back of the building with access to the same level as the pharmacy.

Norton Pharmacy is contracted with most major prescription benefit plans with very few exceptions. Our locations also participate with manufacturer-issued copay cards to help bring you additional prescription savings. Contact a Norton Pharmacy location for details or questions.
Norton Pharmacy can help transfer many eligible prescriptions from another pharmacy location. Submit a transfer request online at NortonHealthcare.com/RxTransfer. Our team will work directly with your current pharmacy whenever possible.
Transfer times vary depending on the medication and the current pharmacy. Many transfers are completed within a few business days.
Yes. Your provider can send prescriptions electronically to any Norton Pharmacy location.
Log in to Norton MyChart, select “Medications,” choose the prescription you need and click “Request refill.” Your refill request will be sent to your pharmacy for processing.
In Norton MyChart, select “Medications” then “Go to Manage My Pharmacies.” Search for your preferred Norton Pharmacy location, select it and save your changes.
Yes. Norton MyChart allows patients to monitor refill requests, prescription processing and delivery status for eligible medications.
Yes. Eligible prescriptions can be delivered to homes in Kentucky and Indiana at no additional charge. Delivery options can be selected during the refill process in Norton MyChart. Delivery timing may vary, but many prescriptions are delivered within 48 hours.
No. Home delivery is available for eligible prescriptions at no additional charge to patients in Kentucky and Indiana.
Most ongoing medications and many other prescriptions are eligible. Some medications may require in-person pickup because of legal restrictions, refrigeration needs or special handling requirements.
Medications are shipped in secure packaging designed to help protect privacy and maintain medication quality during transit.
Patients with proxy access may manage medications, request refills and review prescription history for eligible family members through Norton MyChart.
Request a refill as soon as possible through Norton MyChart or contact the pharmacy directly. Some medications may require provider approval before refills can be processed.
Yes. Our pharmacists are available to answer questions about medications, side effects, interactions and proper use.
Yes. Norton Specialty Pharmacy services may include medication coordination, insurance assistance, refill reminders and pharmacist support for certain complex medications.
