Through Wendy Novak Diabetes Institute, a part of Norton Healthcare, our patients have access to one of Kentucky’s largest and most comprehensive diabetes and endocrinology programs, including advanced diabetes management, certified diabetes education and innovative treatment and support options.

Norton Community Medical Associates – Endocrinology – Audubon is located in Audubon Medical Plaza West on the campus of Norton Audubon Hospital. Patient drop-off is available at the front entrance, and surface parking is available adjacent to the building.
