Schedule a Flu Vaccination

Drive-thru flu vaccination appointments are available for children and adults. Note that this is not a COVID-19 vaccination location.

All patients ages 19 and older may receive flu vaccines through Norton Healthcare Express Services.

Patients ages 18 and under who meet any of the following criteria may be eligible for a vaccine under the Vaccines for Children Program and should seek vaccination with their primary care provider. Norton Healthcare Express Services is not an approved site to administer vaccines for these patients.

  • Medicaid eligible or enrolled
  • No health insurance
  • Health insurance that does not cover vaccines, covers only selected vaccines or caps vaccine coverage at a certain amount
  • Qualify for a free flu vaccine under federally funded programing/insurance
  • Enrolled in Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP

Norton Healthcare Express Services is available for patients to receive diagnostic testing and vaccinations in a drive-thru setting, without stepping foot in a waiting room or doctor’s office.

Norton Healthcare Express Services is perfect for when you have lab tests to conduct before, in between or after provider visits. After meeting with a Norton Healthcare provider, whether in person or through telehealth, you may ask your provider about referring you for any needed testing or vaccinations at this drive-thru location. Norton eCare also provides 24/7 virtual urgent care with referral testing if needed. Lab tests ordered by a Norton Healthcare provider do not require an appointment. You may arrive at any time during open hours. All other visits require an appointment.

Note that this location is closed for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

**These exams will require stepping out of your vehicle when instructed to do so; stay in the vehicle and continue through the drive-thru line. Staff will direct you on next steps.

What to Know Before Your Visit

All visits to Norton Healthcare Express Services require an order from your health provider. Lab visits ordered by a Norton Healthcare provider do not require an appointment; all other visits must be scheduled.

This location is closed 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily for lunch.

What Should I Bring?

Bring a photo ID and insurance information, if applicable. We ask that all patients and vehicle occupants wear a mask within the vehicle at all times.

What Should I Expect When I Arrive?

  • Drive around the back of the building. Pull into the open lane and remain in your vehicle. On-site staff will guide you through the process. Follow the instructions and signs.
  • Stay in your vehicle at all times. A team member will come to you to perform the test. If a particular test requires that you step out of the vehicle, you will be instructed to do so.
  • You cannot use a cellphone while in the testing area.

What Happens After My Visit?
