  • Poison ivy (for patients 18 and up)
  • Suspected head Lice (for patients 5 and up)
  • Ringworm (for patients 5 and up)
  • Swimmer’s ear (for patients 5 and up)

Norton eCare eVisits allow Kentucky and Indiana residents to get care for themselves or their children anytime without having to leave work or home. As long as you are an established Norton Healthcare patient, you can fill out an eVisit questionnaire about your symptoms through MyNortonChart. You’ll get a call back from a provider in four to six hours to discuss a treatment plan and receive prescriptions if necessary.

For those who don’t meet the eVisit criteria, Norton eCare also provides video visits with providers 24/7 for non-urgent health concerns. Patients physically located in Kentucky and Indiana can use this service and don’t have to be an established Norton Healthcare patient.
