Careers at Norton Healthcare
At Norton Healthcare, we’re dedicated to helping our employees reach their career goals not only by offering competitive benefits, scholarships and career development programs, but also by creating a community of collaboration to foster excellence among our team members.
“Norton Healthcare is committed to creating and maintaining workforce wellness,” said Allison Ledford, director, employee wellness, Norton Healthcare. “That commitment comes from our belief that healthy employees promote a positive, healing environment for the more than 600,000 patients who come through a Norton Healthcare facility door each year.”
The rankings are based on a process that recognizes employers for exceptional leadership in using wellness to promote workplace productivity and community well-being. For the Healthiest 100 list, organizations’ wellness programs were measured using six key categories: leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis.
