Barbecue Chicken and Grape Pizza

Premade whole-wheat pizza crust

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced

8 ounces part skim mozzarella cheese

½ red onion, diced

1 cup red grapes, halved

½ cup classic barbecue sauce

Heat oven according to crust directions. Brush pizza crust evenly with olive oil, then brush evenly with barbecue sauce. Top with the chicken, cheese, onion and grapes. Bake according to crust directions or until golden brown on top. Makes 4 servings.
