Taco Tuesdays will become Taco Everyday when you make this healthy and flavorful recipe. Take in the sweetness of mango with a Cajun kick in each bite. Your mouth will thank you!

7-minute Spicy Fish Tacos

Makes 8 tacos

1 pound tilapia, cut into strips

Cooking spray

1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, divided

8 corn tortillas

2 cups shredded cabbage mix

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup mango salsa

Turn broiler on high. Meanwhile, spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the fish on it. Brush the fish with coconut oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning. Broil for 5 minutes. Flip fish pieces and sprinkle with the remaining Cajun seasoning, and broil for an additional 2minutes.

Warm the tortillas in a microwave.

Arrange, fish, cabbage, salsa and avocado on each tortilla. Serve warm.
