  • Features: Open seven days a week with extended hours. On-site lab and X-ray equipment available as well as specialized pediatric care at select times
  • Appointment: Reserve your spot online or walk in
  • Cost: $30 copay or 90% covered after deductible, depending on plan

Walgreens Clinics*

  • For: Well visits, NGoodHealth appointments, physicals, vaccinations and care for minor injuries and illnesses for patients ages 2 and older, including flu and COVID-19 testing
  • Features: Eight convenient locations in neighborhood Walgreens stores
  • Appointment: Schedule a same-day appointment
  • Cost: $25 copay or $25 copay after deductible, depending on plan; preventive care covered 100%

  • For: Minor illnesses including flu and COVID-19 testing guidance
  • Features: Virtual urgent care available 24/7 from the safety and comfort of home
  • Appointment: Complete an eVisit questionnaire or schedule a same-day video visit with a provider for patients ages 2 and older
  • Cost: $10 copay or $10 copay after deductible, depending on plan

Emergency Care

  • For: Very serious illness or injury that puts your life in danger
  • Features: 24/7 triage and treatment at six Louisville locations, including two locations for kids
  • Appointment: Not needed; walk in or call 911
  • Cost: Coverage is 90% after deductible
