The Heart Rhythm Centers care for arrhythmia patients from across Louisville and Southern Indiana. Our board-certified and fellowship-trained electrophysiologists offer a comprehensive array of treatment options.
Electrophysiologists focus on the heart’s electrical system, which controls the heart’s rhythm and performance. These specialized cardiologists have three years of additional training.
The Heart Rhythm Centers include a nurse educator who helps patients understand their condition and connects them with additional resources. The device-monitoring team provides around-the-clock digital monitoring to detect arrhythmias.
Patients with permanent pacemakers and implantable defibrillators can have their devices checked and adjusted at a Heart Rhythm Center.
Norton Heart & Vascular Institute offers patient resources to support you and your family, including free classes for people of all ages who are seeking to improve cardiovascular health or living with a heart condition.
