The group is for people who have experienced a heart attack, are living with a heart condition or are at risk for cardiovascular disease.

Advocates for Healthy Hearts

As part of Connecting Hearts for Support, a unique group, Advocates for Healthy Hearts, gives you a chance to connect with others who are heart disease survivors. Often connecting with someone who has been right where you are can help answer questions.

All advocates are Norton Healthcare volunteers trained to support people with heart disease.

Connect with an advocate today to receive individual support and resources for recovery.
