Connecting Hearts Support Group

We understand that a heart disease diagnosis often brings fear and feelings of isolation. We also know that emotional support is vitally important to recovery. We are here to help!

The Connecting Hearts Support Group meets monthly to provide education and support for men and women after a heart attack, living with a heart condition or at risk for cardiovascular disease.

Upcoming Connecting Hearts Support Group meeting topics

Advocates for Healthy Hearts

As part of the Connecting Hearts Support Group, our unique group of Advocates for Healthy Hearts gives you a chance to connect with others who are heart disease survivors. Often connecting with someone who has been right where you are can help answer questions or provide support.

All advocates are Norton Healthcare volunteers trained to provide support to men and women with heart disease.

Connect with an advocate today to receive individual support and resources for recovery.
