The Norton Neuroscience Institute Adult Neurodevelopmental Program provides specialized care for adults with neurodevelopmental conditions and social development impairments.
Our unique model offers ongoing support throughout adult life. We assist individuals with the transition from pediatric to adult care by providing a comprehensive evaluation and direct connection to adult medical care. We work closely with patients, their families or support persons, and their healthcare providers to provide better coordinated care.

Norton Neuroscience Institute – Adult Neurodevelopmental Program – Downtown is located on the 10th floor of the Gray Street Medical Building on Gray Street, midway between Floyd and Brook Sts. Parking is available in the building’s garage, located next to the main entrance. Valet parking is available.
TARC routes 23 and 43 stop on Broadway, one block to the south. Routes 19 and 21 stop on Chestnut Street, a block to the north.
